Question What is this unusual guitar lick?

Tired Of Talkin’ by Robben Ford is a very cool blues tune that features a very unusual lick near the end of the song at 3:45-3:48. Can someone help me understand what he’s doing in this lick?

I am not around my guitar so I haven’t transcribed it or anything but he throws in some chromaticism and enclosures along with some angular intervals maybe some tritones or diminished sounds sidestepping down. Typical kinda jazz fusion outside playing.
