Upgrade hackintosh 14900KF

I’ve just upgraded from an 8700K, which I used for many years, to a 14900KF paired with a Z790 Aorus Elite AX and a Be Quiet Pure Loop 2 AIO. I’m already running a 6950 XT GPU. Would you consider this a solid upgrade?

Which SMBIOS would you recommend for this setup on Sequoia? Anything I should watch out for besides the Dortania guide?

Mac pro 7,1 smbios will suit perfectly afaik. As u have a dgpu, a newer cpu and others. It's also supported in tahoe
