HELP Hackintosh forgot macos oot option

im not sure if this is the place to ask this so sorry if not. I hackintoshed my thinkpad e14 6 months ago, triple booting it with windows and Kali Linux. I was trying to open macos today but all the boot options are just gone now. the only one left is the Windows Boot Manager. is there any way to fix this or do I have to reinstall MacOs?

Remember how you set up your hackintosh in the first place? You copied your installer EFI into your boot drive EFI and did some post-install configuration to OpenCore to customize it. Actually, the customized OpenCore configuration is still there. Windows Update just overwrote /EFI/BOOT/bootx64.efi. You just replace bootx64.efi with OpenCore's version.

Because you know what? Even if you reinstall macOS, there's no EFI fixing involved, so you won't get any boot.

Use disk management to find out the volumes on that main disk.  If any in readable volume or any such thing is present, recreate ur Efi and boot off it. Then u might know what's wrong.
