No packaging group can/should be removed. It's not relevant information, I am guessing it is copy paste from the SDS.
It's missing how many packages and what type. For example 4 aluminum cylinders. Although not required but allowed
(https://www.phmsa.dot.gov/regulations/title49/interp/15-0145) I prefer using formatting similar to ICAO/IATA or IMDGC for package descriptions....
After the basic description for example
4 aluminum cylinders x _ kg/ lbs
Overpack used on 1 pallet
Total net quantity
So, it's okay that "emergency" is directly after the basic description and doesn't necessarily need to be one line below?
Thank you for the references 😉
The requirements are in an easily visible location. I do think they are more visible tabbed down a few lines on the shipping paper. It also keeps everything more easy to follow. Shipment Information then emergency response.

Here's a pretty good guide from PHMSA: https://www.phmsa.dot.gov/sites/phmsa.dot.gov/files/docs/training/hazmat/69186/hazmat-transportation-reqmts-web-final.pdf
