Hilux 2.5 only rear wheel drive

I have been offered by a closing company where I deliver goods a 2005 Hilux diesel 2.5l manual. Only rear wheel drive. Cab with bench and bed cover. No rust. Leak from oil pan. Old batteries. No aircon. But only 116k km. They ask for it 7k eur. What do you guys think? Is this a reasonable price for EU? Is this a realible car as a daily? What mpg should I expect. Am currently driving a VW golf 7.

No AC? What happens when it’s 35°? Or when it’s pouring with rain ?

That is the biggest downside for me. Here it gets up to 40C in summer.

Windows for heat, and hope and pray when it rains.

It’s ok, would be nice if it was diesel and 4x4, but beggars can’t be choosers, and unless you go 4x4 often you likely won’t ever need it.
