First I wanted to say thank you for taking the time to answer our questions.

My question is : In regards to the Kingsbridge National Ice Center how did you get involved or attached to the project and could you see this facility as a way to reach those who don't think of Hockey as a sport that is a option to them.

Thanks again for the years of entertainment you provided me as a fan of Hockey.

great question. ny is incredibly under served in ice sheets. with 3 nhl teams in this area, it is hard to believe the grass roots level of hockey suffers so much. this is a way to help the kids who have the resources to play, but give the kids who dont a chance to play the game

I'm not a kid but I'd like to learn how to play. Any programs like that to help people like me?

Search around your area for adult learn to play hockey programs. I'm 27 and had my first lesson last Monday, and I'm in bloody Las Vegas of all places. I'm also the youngest guy in my class, so don't feel like it's too late to start learning! Head over to /r/hockeyplayers for some inspiration and advice, and good luck!

Thanks for answering,I feel that the high cost of hockey is a major reason that many don't see the game as something they can be a part of that is why programs and foundations that help lessen the cost are important. Glad to see you are a part of this process to help lessen the cost of hockey for all.
