How can I use Alexa media player to play TTS messages on echo device?

I've installed Alexa media player and can see my devices in HA. I've tried to send a notification using the dev tools but nothing happens. what am I missing?

Use the notify option and it should show your alexa devices and just have the text listed in the message tab

Notify.alexa_media_alexa_name
