Stair reno advice

I want to renovate these stairs and am seeking advice on these basement stairs and how to redo them. All of the other stairs have a lip except for the two leading down from the landing.

Also the stairs aren’t dirty, those are white paint spots from the previous owner lol

The lip is called a “bullnose”, and the normal way to address that is to replace the treads with wider hardwood that has been stained to match the other treads.

What does a stairs renovation mean to you? What do you want to do to them?

Thanks for the reply. Definitely in the plan to replace all of the treads with stained hardwood. Basically, I want to rip it all out, landing and down, and start over with something better while retaining the same pitch (as to not have to redo the handrail). I thought about splitting the landing into two but not sure if that is the best route.
