HELP brick cracking and falling apart

There’s this brick ledge that’s cracked and falling out, and some cracks in the concrete pool area. 1️⃣ How to fix the broken brick that’s falling out and the brick that is cracked 2️⃣ How do I fill the cracks in the pool area between the concrete and brick?

It was done improperly, and it will never stop. You can re-mortar them back into place, and that’ll get you by for awhile. But ultimately it needs to be redone, with a solid footer for the brick to lay on.
