preparing my driveway for house sale

my driveway looks ugly - any suggestions on cost effective solutions to prepare it for a house sale..... the middle tiled section has loose tiles, moss etc. otherwise the concrete driveway is structurally good and functional

Do nothing. If the potential purchaser complains, offer to kick in a little money from the sale towards replacement.
