Pretty much you've got too much money to have to worry about anything, what is the big thing you do with the excess money and your life.

keep in mind it takes as little as 10k to buy a politician.

Buy all the politicians and then fund healthcare. It will be a fight against the insurance companies.

create your own health insurance company and hospitals. make it kaiser-esque but only make a lot of things in house that are cheaper to do in-house like insulin, epi-pens and inhalers. make the whole purpose of this to utterly screw the health insurance industry. No profits, just covering of expenses. Have it cover dental, vision and hearing too. no copays and no deductibles. Have on site dental and vision stuff made so that its cheaper and faster. Have off hours appointments available for night workers to make it easier for them to take care of their health. cancer treatments are covered, especially for children. since there is no profit involved itll be more geared toward actually keeping you healthy
