You are contacted by a tv producer to participate as a contestant in a new reality tv show known as Winter Hunt, what would be your strategy to win the show?
In this reality show, you and other 15 contestants will compete and live in a snowy envviromment for 38 days in order to gain a initial $500k money prize (that will get bigger as the game goes)
How the game works:
You will live inside a warm and comfortable cabin, ideal for strategizing and resting, but every week you and your colleagues will go out into the harsh cold to hunt for suitcases filled with money that are hidden in under the snow, the money you find will be added to the big prize, If the cast manage to get all suitcases the prize If $500k turns into a big prize of 1,5 million dollars.
Every two weeks there will be a challenge that tests your physique , mind and general endurance to gain a power in the game - immunity which you can give to yourself or another player, after this challenge the participants will vote on one of them to eliminate and go back home early but there's also another risk...a eliminated participant can choose to take the money they found with them while hunting, decreasing the prize to their non-eliminated contestants
EDIT: I forgot to add what will happen in the final.
Like in Survivor, you will get judged by a jury made out of other eliminated players who will vote among the finalists.
Now, what would you do?

Pass. Vote off shows reward the wrong kinds of people. If it was all teamwork based then sign me up.

If you have more complex ideas than this, that can be considered a reality show format, I suggest you do not upload them here because they can be stolen, as they can be worth millions.
This idea is simple but with certain complexities but be careful, ideas have value, even if the producers want to tell you that they are not.
I have 2 reality show formats, if there is any producer or TV channel of any big brand reading this, please contact me 😁

I would try it. I have no problem with cold. I don't see why eliminated people wouldn't take the money with them, unless that's just a deterrent for not eliminating people. Knowing me, I would try to get everyone to work together, but then will be stabbed in the back by someone.

There is nothing incentivizing exiled players from not just taking everything they found. So, I wouldn't play.

I'd probably just decline because that sounds like a lot of effort :p
