I didn't get very far, but it sounds like this person is saying it's not a woman's fault if the way she dresses arouses other people. However, women should not dress in ways that cause that to happen. I guess it's a woman's responsibility to make sure her way of dressing doesn't get anyone excited.

BUT

This commenter has already established they think it's a woman's responsibility to avoid dressing in ways that might arouse someone. So it seems like, no matter what she wears, she will be at fault for not anticipating every single thing that might inflame someone else's passions.

Me. A 40+ year old male. Got that chunky belly. Also a nudist, and never personally understood why people fixate on seeing female skin. Men are apparently fine, as long as you don't see their "tempting" butt crack or dick. However women. Have mercy if you see skin.

Trust me. This world looks mental if you never learned that seeing skin is "shamefull", nor that people having sexual organs has to be both a traumatic shock and an automatic invite to sex every time you see it.
I live where that temptation doesn't exist for me, but I also have to accept that some people are just complete lunatics.
