My comment would be like “I’m not reading that so congrats or sorry that happened to you.”

That's a lot of words to say "Your Honor, if you saw how she was dressed, you'd understand why I couldn't control myself."

Welp that was utterly unhinged and someone needs to put this dude on a list. Jesus fucking christ I feel bad for any woman who meets him.

At first I thought it was an old woman writing this.
Slide 8 is where shit went completely off the damn rails.

The hallmark of crazies...shoving triple periods everywhere...because they think...their words are so profound...you need time to process them...

Honestly, I am not sure if they understand the comma exists, or maybe their comma button is broken and are resorting to ellipses? Either way, that reads to me like they're having a stroke, and by the content of their rantings, I'd gather it's not their first.

Perfect summary. But I think it should be:
It's the ... beer's fault ... that the ... alcoholic is ... drinking.

I made it to slide 4 before I scrolled ahead and saw there were 11 total. I got the gist, but 'aint nobody got time for that'

u/steel-monkey 4d ago
That was a lot of words for them to simply say that they don’t think women should have rights.

u/SisterLostSoul 4d ago
Definitely insane - for the ellipses alone.
I didn't get very far, but it sounds like this person is saying it's not a woman's fault if the way she dresses arouses other people. However, women should not dress in ways that cause that to happen. I guess it's a woman's responsibility to make sure her way of dressing doesn't get anyone excited.
BUT
"You could wear a clown suit" which might arouse another person, if that's their kink. This commenter has already established they think it's a woman's responsibility to avoid dressing in ways that might arouse someone. So it seems like, no matter what she wears, she will be at fault for not anticipating every single thing that might inflame someone else's passions.
And that's how we end up with women forced to wear burqas.

u/killerofcheese 4d ago
but what if burqas get me going? what should women wear then?
6
u/SisterLostSoul 4d ago
I guess women just need to stay behind closed doors & shuttered windows. Of course, there is always the chance that someone is imagining what is behind those doors & shutters and is getting turned on by that. So it seems women are screwed no matter what they do.

Jesus fucking Christ. What a slog. I stopped at page three and it just kept going. It's yet another schizophrenic brain fart. Starting to think religiosity is a mental illness.

you're stronger than I am, I only made it a couple paragraphs before I started skipping most pages.

That man just wrote a whole thesis about why the Bible justifies his lack of self control.
Except for Matthew, which he evidently hasn't read.

I started reading this, but by the end of the 27th page I gave up. I no longer cared about this person‘s opinion, and I was bored.

Me. A 40+ year old male. Got that chunky belly. Also a nudist, and never personally understood why people fixate on seeing female skin. Men are apparently fine, as long as you don't see their "tempting" butt crack or dick. However women. Have mercy if you see skin.
Trust me. This world looks mental if you never learned that seeing skin is "shamefull", nor that people having sexual organs has to be both a traumatic shock and an automatic invite to sex every time you see it.
I live where that temptation doesn't exist for me, but I also have to accept that some people are just complete lunatics. Not to mention how weird some commercials look, when they more look like they are sellling photo models instead of products. Again as I don't really find naked nor semi-naked bodies sexual :p

Im a woman and I understand what he was trying to say. It's pretty sad that we're starting to ridicule something just because it was a deeply considered and thought out response. So many people here just stuck on shallow surface level shit and lack any capacity to consider another point of view. I can see his point and still have my own opinion.
I respect it.

u/Grim712 4d ago
The problem is that he was being willfully ignorant of her request. People can be attracted to her, she just doesn't want them being gross and direspectful in the comments. Instead of respecting her wishes he went on an unhinged rant about how she should just accept human nature. That is what we are ridiculing.

Matthew 18 verse 9
Least quoted bible verse ever by creeps appealing to Christianity in order to control women rather than themselves
