I recently found my older instagram account and i wanted to clear it up a bit because when i logged in, i followed 3k people. i managed to unfollow almost 1k people in like 3 hours but it didnt let me go further. it has now been 2 days and i still cannot unfollow anybody. i NEED to clear it up and unfollow like another 2k accounts. how can i do it and how long do i wait until i can unfollow again? i just wish ig could let us unfollow in big quantities and not one by one and then also flag it as spam/bot activity. smh. thanks for answers

Incase your account got suspended for no reason at all. You came to the right place, you see insta does not have a customer support and it’s all ai rn so when you appeal for a review make sure you do it right. By that what worked for me was submitting my passport id when it asked for verification, and do not submit it horizontally, submit it as a portrait picture. You’ll get your account back within 12 hours

Hey everyone, I am in need of major help. About a week ago, I noticed my Instagram acting weird like reels not loading, stories and posts not loading, and having poor service on the app even when I was connected to wifi. After noticing this I decided to delete the app and redownload it (I thought it was a glitch going on). When I tried to log back in, it said that my password was wrong even though it wasn't. I sent myself a password reset email link in which I was sent a code but when I put the code in when prompted it said that the code was wrong. I tried doing the same process about 10 times and each time was something that involved the code not working and me getting a pop up that said "Sorry, there was a problem with your request". I thought I might have security locked myself out so I waited a whole week to retry logging back in, but the same thing kept happening. I have even tried logging in with my laptop and ipad but still no luck.

I tried going on the Help page on Instagram's website but it's completely useless. Can anyone help me or tell me why I'm having such a hard time?

I was wrongfully banned on my device, and even after appealing the ban my account was still deleted. I tried to create another one later, but it was also banned. If I do a factory reset on my phone, will I be able to access instagram without being banned?

Hi guys so my brother got perma banned a while back for posting some explicit screenshots of some kid’s perverted chats. He did it to expose the kid/publicly shame him whatever. I agree it was dumb of him to not censor anything but he’s been making new accounts and they keep getting banned and all his appeals keep getting denied. He’s 15 he just wants to post and talk to his friends can anyone help me avoid him getting banned ?? It’s honestly ridiculous at this point like he hasn’t had any offense since then and his last account got banned after THREE DAYS. If anyone has any tips pls let me know i feel bad for him and want to help

I know first world problems. But is there a way to get it back on the explore page through hashtags or not really?

Checked a page someone I know follows and their likes always happen to be at the bottom of the likes list. Did they restrict me?

I’ve never made an Instagram account before, but I tried making one but it said this number is already being used on an existing account. I’ve never made an instagram account before but I assume the previous owner of my phone number forgot to remove it from that instagram account. Anyway to contact support or figure out this problem? Since I don’t want my phone number to be associated with an account that isn’t mine.

Anyone else having an issue trying to get back into their account? I lost my phone in a car crash and now I am effectively locked out. Over and over I have tried to use the account recovery and every single time after I put in the recovery code it’s just blank like this and goes nowhere. Really want to get back into my account but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have suggestions?? iPhone user btw

I recently made a newer account and I get i accepted a lot of followers at once but why does it show them I'm in Myanmar when i have never ever been there?

I even checked the login information and it shows my correct location only.

i’ve had a lot of trouble logging into my instagram account. ive been having a lot of issues with it — id go to the menu and nothing would load, my likes wouldn’t go through, my page would say i lost connection, and just a lot of problems that would normally indicate poor internet connection. however, this persisted even when i was in other places, and on my other devices. my other accounts did not have any such problems.

i tried fixing it by deleting and reinstalling the app, but unfortunately that didn’t work. then, since i was connected in the accounts center with another one of my profiles, i decided to log out of all devices on the account in question. then, when i tried to log back in, it would not let me. i have 2fa enabled, but every time i inputted my security code it would say its incorrect, even when i copy and pasted it directly from the authentication app :,(

ive sent support requests to instagram and today one finally went through and sent me a backup code. i was honestly so happy until i went to put it in, and it said THAT was incorrect too. atp i have no clue what to do anymore but i reeeeally want my account back 😞😞

Is it even possible to recover data containing all post's videos and images. In help centre they say about opening settings click this and that. But I can't access anything. My account is disabled, they don't let me do anything now.

I made a reel video in VN editor app with music to set all the clips in sync. Further I rendered the video in 9:16,1080p, 30fps and 10 maps avg bitrate.

I then edited the video in the reel section of insta to add IG music and turned off the audio of the original reel to get more reach with the trending music.

I checked the "upload highest quality video" option. I tried uploading it with WIFI only, however the upload turned out to be in a bad quality, further i tried uploading in WIFI + Cellular, it gave the same result.

I tried reducing bitrate more while rendering so that insta doesn't compress it. However nothing seems to be working.

Please help.
