Spread the word, Tesla Cybertruck, dumbass wanted!

That’s basically a moving signal of that condition.

Isn't everything?

u/jimbeam84 12d ago

Given that there is a Cybertruck there, it leads me to think he was trying to fix his poor judgment.

100

u/JehnSnow 12d ago

I think that given the cyber truck he was trying to make a post that would go viral for him being dumb

24

u/TheVog 12d ago

100%. There are way better shot angles for the action which don't frame the entire truck perfectly like that. It's entirely on purpose, and it'll work.

5

u/JehnSnow 12d ago

It definitely did work, Im not subbed to this subreddit and somehow I'm here

11

u/chrisk9 12d ago

Not the first dumb mistake

2

u/WestonsCat 12d ago

Many more to follow no doubt..

u/linkoid01 12d ago

Or his face to match the cybertruck.

I think it's just that they misunderstood basic physics. They probably thought that the hammer couldn't bounce higher than it was dropped from, so they'd be perfectly safe. What they didn't consider was that in pushing it down rather than dropping it they were giving it more momentum, and that the ball could transfer some of its force into the hammer.

They probably wanted a cool video like those people who stand safely before bowling balls on pendulums, but they didn't understand the principles that made such videos possible.

97

u/kartoffel-knight 12d ago

not just that, the potential energy from the bouncy ball on the way down is also transferred to the hammer when it bounced back and acted as a trampoline, which is why it launched waaaaay faster

29

u/alexmojo2 12d ago

This is really what’s happening. I rewatched and he doesn’t push the ball down at all just kind of guides it

Cybertruck in the background so “basic physics” may as well be “understanding dark matter” for that crew.

My desired outcome was the hammer bouncing into that cyber truck.

4

u/happytree23 12d ago

I mean, they have a Cybertruck posed perfectly as a background prop and were recording in slow motion - this person was clearly just going for any circle jerk and/or toxic reply attention.

2

u/bobotoons 12d ago

Seeing the cybertuck in the background. My guess is a new video series he's working on, "A Series of Unfortunate Experiments"

2

u/Outrageous_Score1158 12d ago

Having it land on the suppressed gag cybertruck.

This guy has made multiple fake videos like this. The cybertruck is to bait engagement. And based on the comments here, it works.

Yup, worked like a charm

It's crazy how many people fall for shit like this. On the second time I've watched it, it was obvious that it's fake. And then you notice the cyber truck and it's even more obvious

18

u/-Moonscape- 12d ago

What part is obvious?

15

u/zeltrabas 12d ago

Hammer bounces way too quickly upwards and if he got hit by a real hammer like that he wouldn't be holding his face, he'd be unconscious

13

u/UnfitRadish 12d ago

I definitely still think it's fake, but hard disagree on that the hammer would bounce up slower. I've done this exact type of experiment a bunch of times with different objects and yoga balls absolutely launch objects.

I would ask "Why?!" but then I saw the cybertruck in the background.

745

u/N0Karma 12d ago

Well now his face matches the aesthetics of the truck. Flat and dumb.

87

u/zuzg 12d ago

I'm low-key mad that his face stopped the trajectory.

Was curious to see how high it goes.

46

u/DetroitsGoingToWin 12d ago

Only want for this to be funnier is if it came down and landed on top of his head, knocking him forward on to the ball, then back up into the air, then through the windshield of the truck.

93

u/DubSket 12d ago

There just had to be a cyber truck in the background lmao

28

u/crecentfresh 12d ago

Pretty sure this is supposed to be rage bait

9

u/Skuzbagg 12d ago

Oh no, I'm so enraged by how much this guy injured himself.

10

u/SPHINXin 12d ago

Specifically tailored to Reddit too. Seems like most people in this thread have fallen for it.

18

u/kiwidude4 12d ago

Not only owns one but wants to make sure the video shows you that he does.

3

u/Pandarandr1st 12d ago

Yeah, it's called rage bait

17

u/bugabooandtwo 12d ago

Seriously. At first I thought the instant regret was buying that hunk of junk.

7

u/mctugmutton 12d ago

Believe it or not, he actually had brain damage before this incident when he bought that dumpster fire behind him.

2

u/rideincircles 12d ago

This was the most painful outcome. The next most painful would have been the hammer landing on the cybertruck windshield.

108

u/Sad-Blacksmith-3271 12d ago

Was that a hammer

24

u/Ninja_BrOdin 12d ago

No, it's plastic. An actual sledgehammer that size would save his face in, not bounce iff without moving his head at all.

30

u/Willy121821 12d ago

Prob a three pounder

48

2

u/Hans_Grubert 11d ago

That hammer is fake af, didn’t even make a mark on the ground after falling from that height and I’m sure it shouldn’t have launched toward him at that speed and would probably knock him out if it was real

2

u/nonamesareavailable2 11d ago

I keep seeing this idiot pop up. The account is called Digiflips and he makes a ton of fake videos like this with foam hammers and cinder blocks. It's just all engagement-bait with no real substance.

Cyberstuck owner, fucking spastic deserved it

2

u/klathium 6d ago

I could already see he was a dumbass because of the Cybertruck before the video even started.

4

u/ThatNextAggravation 12d ago

That went exactly how you'd expect. Thank got he planned ahead and stopped the hammer with an inanimate object before any intelligent life came to harm.

"Look everyone, I'm a manly man!  I have a truck and super serious tools."

What he does with his "truck" and hammer.

6

u/shicken684 12d ago

The amount of people in this thread calling the OP a dumbass yet not realizing it's an AI video.

I'm not even on Reddit all that much but this dude has had about a dozen of these videos and all you fools keep falling for the obvious rage bait.

5

u/BeerInbelly 12d ago

Yes, I was like that's the same idiot who chopped the yoga ball then got hit by an edited axe to the face. There are too many idiot cybertruck videos so I gave up looking for his channel.

5

u/shicken684 12d ago

The cyber truck isn't real but the kid is smart enough to know it's instant rage bait. I've seen 5 or 6 of these pop up and it's always him getting hilariously injured in front of the cyber truck.

We're fucking doomed aren't we?
