Can I reapply with some other Email id during amazon 6m cool down

Any suggestions?? i have already got the OAs in my second email will they be able to know that I have given interview in past 6month

Yeah, if you've previously applied they might catch onto it. Systems often keep records of previous applications, email might not trick them. I'd suggest focusing on acing the OAs instead! Good luck!
