For a better understanding, since this chart can be a bit confusing: It basically means "If you are using this character, these are the priorities of how you should upgrade the skills."

Whats your thoughts on blue marks skills?

1. currently there are still two bugs with his skills which give him less bonus stats than he's supposed to get (waiting for a fix on this one)
   
2. he´s too new to get a full grasp on him yet. he´s pretty strong but especially for PVE it takes time to find out the right spot (be it ops or team comp) for the character to shine
