For a better understanding, since this chart can be a bit confusing: It basically means "If you are using this character, these are the priorities of how you should upgrade the skills."

Seems crazy that robot's 2nd skill (crime doesn't pay) is listed as A tier along with his other skills when most comps nowadays don't often even run Married to the Mob members and even if they do, it just seems so underwhelming. I feel like it's more like a C tier skill not A tier.
