Why is Rex second skill f-tier a extra 25% critical chance can be huge for GDA Ops and Arena if your fighting Universa?

Ive got Rex fully skilled at 800 omnipotent plus 7* in the Well Done GDA squad with Conquest and Battle Beast and they get 1000+ waves every time
