Need to create a perfect resume for 2026 Grad schemes
Grad schemes are opening this winter, I have a resume, but always receive criticism from people on the r/EngineeringResumes subreddit even though I have changed it around 20 times.
I can’t risk not landing a job next summer because I just graduated from university this year July.
I am willing to pay someone who has some experience to write the perfect Resume for me, perfect in all aspects, a resume that will land me a job.
Please do message me

AI tools can help but most of these AI tools just keyword stuff your resume to match the job description. Which makes every resume look the same so once it gets to a human on the other side it doesn't stand out.
I've gotten interviews at a bunch of big firms like microsoft, amazon, nestle, and google with this resume template. check it out and let me know your thoughts. if you need further coaching I'd be happy to help.

There’s no issue with the template it’s about the writing inside, something that will land me interviews that I want someone to do for me

It is hard and a painstaking process to land a job these days. When I’m job searching, I spend 40+ hours a week applying and tailoring my resume and cover letter for each posting (this yields the best results imo). Job hunting in 2025 is interesting because HR is using AI, applicants are using AI… what has life become lol. I’ve been posting some interesting articles about modern resume tips and how I think the job searching game has changed with the advent of AI. Take a look at the subreddit called ModernResumes and share your thoughts! I’m doing my part to help transform it into a knowledge base for “modern” job hunting approaches for 2025 and beyond.

Honestly, a recruiter will only look at your resume for about five seconds. You don’t need to tweak it 20 times. Just use ChatGPT for free to clean it up and spend more energy applying to more jobs. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

i wouldn't pay someone yet, focus on tailoring your resume for each job, grad schemes are specific, make sure yours aligns with the job description, if it's not getting past ats, try this tool, helps with resume optimization, don't rely on a one-size-fits-all resume, keep iterating based on feedback, good luck
