After how i’ve been treated and seen peers treated, ill never give 2 weeks notice again.

Not giving a two week notice likely doesn’t hurt the company, it only hurts your coworkers who now have to pick up the extra work.

I work in IT and have had coworkers quit without notice. Their support tickets just get reassigned to the rest of the team and just take longer to complete. From what I could tell, it doesn’t affect the company or managers at all.
