Cameramen filming the UFC events such, why do they always cut off the legs of the fighters and only show the fight in a knee-up POV?

The footwork and movement of the feet are so important to fighting but for some reason the vast majority of UFC events are filmed in this way, so frustrating.

Usually during replays at the end of the fights you see alternate angles which include footwork

Yeah I realize that, but the legs of the fighters should be filmed for the live broadcast of the fight while it's happening. That's when it matters the most.
