Judo is more badass than BJJ, and I've been doing that BJJ stuff for over 15 years now 🤷

Is this unpopular or even remotely controversial on a Judo sub? Maybe it’s because my gym has both Judo and BJJ classes and most of us cross train but I feel like most everybody at my gym recognizes this and basically treats BJJ like the pickleball of grappling.

I like BJJ because it’s super technical but also playful and fun. Badass? Idk I’ve been in beer league softball and hockey leagues that were waaaay more agro than my BJJ classes which are largely populated with lovely potheads and awkward software developers.

Hah well I’m attacking myself as much as anyone because I love BJJ AND pickleball.
