Its called Out. Its a delinquent manga with martial arts/fighting mixed into it. It is quite gory and brutal tho so continue with caution.

An impossible throw. He grip the shoulder inside, with uke arm out of the grab, but in the next pannel tori got his arm outside and uke inside. But the grab is over the shoulder
