General Training Shoulder Brace

I have recently underwent shoulder injury and recovery has been going amazing, I’ve been light training 2 weeks post op but getting ready to start training harder again. Does anyone have a recommendations for a good shoulder brace ? I’m having a hard time finding one that looks good

What type of injury, what problem was it causing that a brace might help, what type of surgery?

I've never had as much luck with braces as I have with proper taping technique, provided the injury actually benefits from that type of stability. Braces are made to be easy to put on/off, and to generally fit an average person. Tape fits you perfectly, the tension and support can be at the right levels in the right places.

I'd suggest talking to your physio and surgeon.

It was a bad ACJ Injury, they did the dog-bone method on it so drilled through 2 bones and tied artificial ligament, the physio said to go for it
