General Training The essence of becoming stronger as a judoka - Harasawa Hisayoshi
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNp6QzBz4qK/?igsh=bnhlZmljdTNwdWp6Some great advice from Harasawa on how to use judo practice to suit what you need to develop.
Wish I had practiced like this when I was younger.

What he describes is not achievable for most people in recreational clubs in the US. And should be the responsibility of the coach and not left up to individuals especially novice-intermediate and/or recreational athletes who won't have the ability to do what he's suggesting.

He’s getting good at producing the content! I like that he mentioned having a partner who can help to practice certain situations. I think one of the overlooked aspects of judo in Japan is the importance of the tsukibito (training partner). Takato had a fantastic one. Being able to mimic style and make the rounds really hard takes a great deal of skill.
