Beginner Problem about names of techniques
I have been doing Judo for a few weeks now. I love it. My teacher is perfect and never lazy or bothered to teach the newbie like I am.
Although, The Dojo is mainly Russian and my teacher mostly speaks russian. So when explaining techniques my teacher uses the russian names of techniques. I know the Japanese name of only one thing. Seoi Nage.
Is there a way to learn the Japanese names of the techniques? Like a site or a youtube channel.

Look up the "gokyo no waza". That is a list of the 40 fundamental judo throws with their official Japanese names.

Are you sure that he says the names in Russian or does he just say them in like a russianized version. I had a similar problem where in my native language 's accent the techniques sound very different from the way they pronounce them in the country where I currently live and train. And if someone says them in proper Japanese I wouldn't have been able to understand that either before I learned a little actual Japanese.
Anyway: here's a list of techniques in English on Wikipedia, that seems to respect the kodokan classification (didn't check it thoroughly but looks good on first glance) : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Kodokan_judo_techniques?wprov=sfla1
Also, try to learn not only the full names but also the words that compose the names and their isolated meanings, because the names of modern judo techniques are very descriptive and understanding the words separately will teach you a lot of how the throw works (for example, "o uchi gari" is composed of "o" which means big, "uchi" means inside and "Kari" (or "gari") means to reap, so it's the "big inner reap", and each of these words also comes up in other techniques such as "o goshi" , "uchi Mata" and "morote gari"). So learning this naming system will be extremely helpful to understand how throws work and ease your memory in remembering techniques' names.

I am sure he says a completely different thing. It's not accent thing I am sure.
And thank you for the suggestion I will make sure to learn each one with the best of my memory 🙏

Along with other advice here, I’d suggest Quizlet. Download the app and look for a judo themed deck. I use the “Japanese for Judo” deck.
One of the advantages of this is you learn body part names. Most of the Japanese techniques involve a body part and maybe an action. Tsuri komi goshi (nage) is lifting pulling hip (throw).
