Beginner Judo Gi advice and recos for newbie

So I've been training in Judo as a beginner and haven't bought a Gi yet. (We've been practicing with just a shirt for a while). I want to buy a Gi but don't know how sizes work. I don't really know my accurate height and weight, but I can say I'm between 5'4 and about 80-90 kg in weight. I'm aged 20. Can you guys help me? Thanks.

Are you going to a judo dojo? The sensei there should be able to help you find a good fit, and oftentimes they carry his that you can buy from them.

Haven't asked them for any help about it yet but I might try. Thanks

I honestly just asked ChatGPT for my size in the Fuji brand and it asked for my weight and height. After that I bought the size it told me and when it came in it fit really well.

I think you should take the advice of the other two comments. I think the only thing to add is to ask yourself if you want to compete some associations only allow gis from pre approved vendors
