This variant of Kata Guruma is also known as Izori, a Sumo technique.

could you describe it for me?

A kimarite in which the attacker dives under his opponent's charge, grabs his knees or his mawashi, and lifts him up and over backwards.
The name literally translates to “backward body drop”.

Honestly: I don't know if I can. This throw is mechanically complex and I am sure I wouldn't be able to perform it, even on a complying partner.
All I can say is, that tori steps forward under uke's risen arm and kind of lifts and suspends him from his neck by holding uke's sleeve tightly at a low level and going upright a the same time. Tori continues to step forward to move under uke's center of mass. At the same time he holds onto uke's other sleeve as well. Then tori twists his body and pushes uke's arm (the one he's not suspended by) inwards. And from there I don't know how to decribe it. Sorry.

seems a bit dangerous, specially for tori's back.

There is some kind of suplex-ish twist in the throw which I definitly wouldn't attempt. It's probably safe when done right, but that's the problem: doing it right.

Yeah. I’m already challenged enough by the Mongolian Ura-Nage or whatever people call this Ura-Nage like throw with an assisting leg.

Not Kata Guruma, seems more like a Yagura Nage with a frontal twist

"duckunder pick up spinning back throw"
Now we need some japanese terms.
Tomoe / Beigoma Ura nage? :)
I-Zori
I-Zori is actually a Sumo technique:

Overview of Sumo Techniques (German):

Toshiro Daigo mentions I-Zori in his annotations to Kata Guruma. It bears similarities to Kata Guruma, but imho also to Ura Nage and perhaps to Idaki Sutemi (Canon of Judo p.206).
Why did I put I-Zori on this list? Watch this:
