Fully remote jobs - accounting/finance/analyst

Hi all,

I am basically wondering if any of you knows some company in Kraków that is hiring fully remote for jobs in accounting/finance/(financial/business)analysis. Obviously I am checking all the job-boards but often "fully remote" means "hybrid" in the actual vacancy or even during interviews only. Are there some places known to actually hire fully remote in this line of business?

Thanks for the help!

PS. I am living in Poland, so I do not mean remote jobs from abroad etc.

If you are looking for fully remote does the company need to be located in Krakow ?

Most companies are moving back to Hybrid working for more junior level positions, that’s just a global trend not just Poland.

Don’t exclude yourself from opportunities because of a hybrid working model 👍

LinkedIn - remote filter is pretty reliable. It is rare to see hybrid jobs there, however it still may happen.

Overall I don't think there are many options there. Almost all companies except for some IT ones ditched remote. My current employer was very chill and used to hire people all over Poland if a hiring manager agreed to it. Now the policies are changed and every new hire on UoP has a mandatory hybrid.

Overall I think it is a bad idea to focus on specific companies. You may miss openings somewhere else.
