I highly recommend the black comedy “The Death of Stalin”. Starring Steve Buscemi as Kruschev.

Its a freaking great movie! At times I thought “is this for laughs or simply just cold soviet mentality?”

Love each and every one in it!

The only good thing was that he was found in a puddle of his own piss after laying on the floor all night after the stroke felled him. I love that for him.

Whenever someone brings up karma I bring up Stalin. If karma existed then Stalin would have died a slow horrible death decades earlier. Same can be said for many of history's worst persons.

survivor ship bias or the opposite? i've seen many young over achievers die very young and thought the exact opposite, i wonder why then good ones always die early, and most of the times these over achievers are killed by jealousy or cancer

Stalin died in his own piss and shit, I’d say that’s karma

Don’t we all sit in our own excrement after death?

He was left in his own puddle of piss because his men were afraid to disturb him.

After death yes, but he did it before he died

Was the stroke worth it though?

Looks like a nice guy.

On another note, why are populations of people so susceptible to ‘strong men’. How is it that these raving lunatics who do not work for the benefit of the people at large, are able to retain power? Seems to me that this happens so often in history and populations are subjugated when we outnumber the strong men by unbelievable orders of magnitude. Why do we suffer these insufferable fucking pricks to drive our populations into horrible circumstances??!!

Imagine mixed feeling of love, fear, hatred and envy towards him and still crying with tears upon his death which could have resulted from part happiness, part fear and part sadness.
