I like many of the bands you listen, so I'm just gonna share some bands I like too, in no particular order. Very broad spectrum of styles, some might not me your vibe, but they might be... many bands make both dutch and english music
doe maar (80's), toontje lager (80's), heidevolk (folk metal, bløf (soft rock bordering on pop/00's), scotch the band (folk), Joost (modern, meme stampstamp), gladde paling (stampstamp! And memes), huilende rappers (parody music, mostly around 100bpm), mooi wark (farmer rock), merol (modern feministic pop), de jeugd van tegenwoordig (00's and 10's pop/rap??), goldband (10's and 20's pop), prins s en de geit (20's stampstamp), Herman van veen (poetic, kinda oldfashioned), normaal (80's rock), de skaggers (ska).
I love folk and there are quite some dutch folk bands, May not be your vibe, but they are easy to follow in lyrics so I'm just gonna put them here: pyrolysis, seed, plunder, omnia, nubia, vanaheim (folkmetal).

No problem, glad to hear it! Which artists did you like specifically?

Really enjoying Froukje and Wies. I'm partial to mellow feminine vocals, so they're right up my alley.

I just realized I wrote "I'm you Dutch" instead of "I'm new to learning Dutch".
Wow.
Never let me touch a keyboard again 😭

Try De Staat. Brilliant band, all sung in English, so not great if you want to listen to music to expand your Dutch learning, but they make great music.

i do not find Dutch music very interesting, either. There is no real alternative or rock vibe (the sings in Dutch). They are better at electronic music.
But try
- Eefje de Visser
- Yevgueni (graet lyrics, flemish but very good understandable)
- Wende
- De Jazzpolitie
- Stephanie Struijk
- Hannelore Bedert
- WOLKEN
- Eva De Roovere
- Abel
- The Kik

Indeed, they are poetic, sing about life, feelings, anxiousness and they’re funny and their lyrics often have more layers.

I’m not a real fan of most Dutch music, but there are some real gems: Moss, Eefje de Visser, John Coffey, Urban Dance Squad, Coparck, Jungle by night, Dool, Johan, Tim Knol, The Golden Earring, Wodan Boys and of course Van Halen 😉

i'm not a nederlander but i'm trying to learn nederlands.
i also wanted to find some nederlander music, and i have pretty similar taste in music to you (i like most of your list).
from what hasn't been mentioned yet, i found these: Klangstof, Birth of Joy, traumahelikopter, Robin Kester.
and now i have a lot more to explore from all the suggestions here too!

Trockener Kecks
A bit less rockish than rhcp but https://youtu.be/TCTSrEVLTd4
They also have a song “Ik denk nooit meer aan jou” but you have to be in the mood I guess.
