University 🎓 Orientation day for DCU
My orientation is on Tuesday but I have no clue how to find the time or where abouts it’s on. Anyone have a clue? Edit: lads I’m after finding out that orientation is all the way till Friday and I had no clue I’m freaking out rn. I have work next week and am waiting for my laptop to arrive. Should I ring the college or what

Orientation for your course should only be on one day, you can see what day and time your course is scheduled for here: https://www.dcu.ie/students/orientation-schedules-undergraduates?cao_code=DC197

Like they don’t really email us, the only way I can keep tabs on everything is by stalking their multiple instagram pages

Seriously. I’ve been waiting for an email on anything for awhile and now I feel like I’m fucked. It’s a 4 hour commute for me and I thought it only be up the one day

Did you Search by Course title from the orientation drop down menu on their website to see which day next week your specific orientation is on?

I don’t even understand their "orientation" it looks like a bunch of music and entertainment events that you have to book edit: I feel bad for you having a 4 hour commuteÂ

You'll very quickly realise how optional attendance is in college. If you miss orientation it really doesn't matter. Loads of people miss it due to being accepted in later rounds / still figuring out accommodation etc etc. Orientation is mainly just tours of campus and meeting people in your degree which you'll do yourself anyways in class
