What is the minimum HPAT percentile needed to get into Trinity/RCSI/UCD for medicine if I get 625 points in LC?

I'm currently studying HPAT with MedEntry, but my average percentile is around 80, which I am not sure is good. What is the minimum percentile I must get to have a guaranteed place in medicine if I get 625 in LC?

To be safely guaranteed u would a spot u would need 740 points in total( 2021 was 736 so safe to base it off the highest number). U would need 175 in the hpat

To be honest mate, I wouldn't be too concerned with the results of the MedEntry exams. You'll have good days and bad days, maybe some exams the questions will suit you and others less so. What is important is that you stay consistent. The result will come from that!

I think aiming for a percentile of 80+ is good. The lowest percentile that I know of in my class was around 84, however, this is Dublin and if you're happy to go to Galway or Cork you will get away with less. Best of luck!

80th percentile+625 will more than likely get you into trinity. This year, you needed 739 points. 625->565, that means you needed 174 HPAT which is around 70-80th percentile if I remember correctly

This so fucking wild to me. Clearly we have so many kids that could be doctors but we're just not able to train them (not enough places in the medical schools).

Hey! What are you raw scores like on medentry? I’m also trying to get a high percentile but my percentiles are really fluctuating while my raw score is pretty consistent

my raw scores are fairly consistent around 70/114, and my percentile fluctuates between 60 and 95

Man can u give me some tips for doing this well my raw scores only 43/114 and percentiles 25th I'm actually done for plz help
