Question They're is something that confuses me
Apparently the Avatar line is destroyed whilst in the Avatar state so howcome vaatu is going to have another successor since Unalaq died while In the Avatar state technically?

The Avatar line is destroyed only. You cannot kill Raava or Vaatu permanently. They just begin to regenerate for a long period within the other. Unalaq and any dark Avatar bs he wanted was destroyed utterly and Vaatu is slowly regenerating, not being a problem for years now. That's it.

And for a thousand years, The Avatar had no Vaatu within them. He was trapped in the Tree of Time or whatever it was called. But with Vaatu destroyed, now the seed that will eventually become Vaatu lives within The Avatar

Oh ok thanks you made the most sense
But I have one more question will the next dark Avatar be as powerful as the Avatar considering Vaatu died weaking his next state

Vaatu isn't the one who carried on the Avatar line, Raava does. Vaatu only would have carried on a line if Unalaq hadn't died.
As for how Raava carries it on, like Korra said, she's still there but the connection to the past lives is destroyed. That doesn't affect future lines, though.

Vaatu will not have a successor, there is a popular theory that Pavi’s twin sister will join with Vaatu since Vaatu was trapped inside Raava and Raava is joined with Pavi.
