Others Souvenir plates

I bought these plates in the postal museum shop, and i think they look really cool, and will add to my collection of license plates. Are these common for tourists to buy ?

Oh no . lol . Well these were 30 francs each in the shop . Hope no one’s plate is fl 0000

License plates for cars here start with 2000 and the highest number is currently something like 40000, so no, nobody has 00000.
