Questions cybertruck in liechtenstein

saw one in schaan with idaho plates. anyone know how that’s possible? is there some loopholes w vehicles in Liechtenstein when imported ?

Someone actually paid money to have that shipped across the Atlantic?

I’d have just rented a Trabant at that point, it would be less likely to brick itself in a car wash.

For context I don't live in Europe but America though I have heard of this. Car collectors and hobbiest in Europe love buying US cars (mostly older US cars and disused police cars). The license plate is probably imported as the US military wouldn't use a license plate from a random state, as the US military has their own license plates.

Us soldiers and diplomats often bring their personal vehicles with them. Seen all sorts of cars. Some are eventually re-registered with local plates but the red indicator lights will still be noticeable
