Here’s one

In the job description they accidentally posted what I am assuming was a correspondence between the hiring manager and recruiter. Do I let the poster know this, or just apply and play dumb. It was down to specific details such as max salary, what they will and will not hire, how fast they need someone to backfill, etc etc . Very interesting to see that side!

Screenshot everything. Then apply. I wouldn’t say anything about the issue to them because I would bet that will affect your chances of an interview. But I would keep that info so you can use it at an interview.

That’s exactly what I did. Thank you for the advice! Said sooooo many things I never knew took place on conversations between a recruiter and HM! Stuff like they may keep the position through 2026 of budget is approved

Try to integrate some of the comments word for word during the interview. Demonstrate psychic ability

I’d tell them tbh.

Someone will. It says a lot about your integrity.

If anything they will take a deeper look at your resume
