Instrument GUI sound is different from the pattern song-editor sound

Hi! I'm a newbie in LMMS, and I downloaded The Grand DSK Music instrument to try and get an acoustic piano sound. I have configured it in the GUI the way I liked it, but that configuration hasn't been applied to the actual sound in the pattern (as well as on the window preview). I recorded a video showcasing this, you can see that even on the same note (C4) the pitch is different and I seem to lose reverb and sustain. Does anyone know how to solve this?

try increasing the velocity of the notes, some plugins sound different when the note velocity is low or high

Try going up the scale on the piano roll editor?

there is a small white square above the keys at the vestige window . move it 3 notes to the right
