Pool etiquette for fat people
I’ve lost 20 lbs in the last several months and while I know I don’t have the ultimate beach bod I was proud I was looking way better… well until I went to a water park. After some snickers and side comments from some teens, I asked my bigger friend what should I do. His reply is overweight people should always wear shirts at the pool, especially at water parks where you’re waiting in line and can’t go hide in the deep end.
So is he correct that there’s pool etiquette for fat people? I get no wearing speedos or thong bikinis unless you’re a 20-something in great shape, but covering completely up just feels sad.

Do whatever makes you happy. As someone with a belly myself, i have days when im feeling self conscious i usually wear a vest, but on days im feelin myself i just let the belly hang :)
