It is. My vision is almost nonexistent so I stitched it together with a manual site called Zippy Photo Stitcher, then, used a site called unblurimage.ai. I couldn't see all the changes it made. I was just trying to increase the quality. So, it's already been addressed in the comments.

What's it doing to the image? I have very bad vision. I put the three images together using zippy which is manual. I use a site called unblurimage.ai to make the quality better. What is it people are seeing? I don't see what it is.

The lines and colours are getting blended at the edges, random dots appear on the lineart, some lineart is completely gone. It's in quite worse shape compared if it was just 720p screenshots from the anime
