Mafia needs a new dev team and not a dev team that makes these milk toast entries.

I’m ready for M4 in 70’s Vegas now sorry TOC looked good but when I went to go buy it I just wasn’t interested in the early 1900’s setting.

Mafia 1’s remake was awesome. I’m sad they didn’t do the same thing with Mafia 2.

TOC seems like a AA filler game. Hope it's an engine test for a bigger game. Maybe a prequal that concludes certain characters' stories.

You can clearly see that it was meant to be bigger in the beginning. All these car/weapon/clothes shops are useless in the game. You don’t have the opportunity to visit them while playing. There are different haircuts for Enzo…they shifted mid production from open world to story.

a strong 7.5 game, i hope they take longer development with the next one and give it amazing gameplay. i want a game that beats mafia 1 and 2

At least it beat mafia 3

that's true. Mafia 3 was Hella mid. Old country I don't consider mid but it's still a bit underwhelming compared to the first two
I really want a mafia that blows everyone's minds away. Like literally an amazing game known for great gameplay too

i was planning on buying old country but i watched some streams about it and.....yeah its sadly just standard mafia Story tropes
dude saved by a don somehow betrays him kinda because "insert Reason"
it felt.....ok nothing else...no interesting characters no deeper backgrounds of them...yeah i stay with watching it :D

I hate what 2K done to this franchise.
Basically just a tad better than what they did to NBA 2K, that they basically turned into "pay to play" and "you'll have 90 % of the game defunct in 2 years" so you can purchase new soulless slop.

There is so much hype for a game I'd put at the bottom of the list compared to the others

Hope they ditch the outdated formula of Mafia the old country and remake and go back to Mafia 2 style games. Hate the linear story to story missions, it's a terrible system.
