Malta Job Interview for Possible International Relocation

I am a dual Maltese citizen in the US who has a remote interview for a government job coming up. What are some good tips or things I should know? I’ve never lived on the island but visited throughout my life to visit family. I know culturally there will be a learning curve but I think I can manage. Personally and professionally the timing I right to make a huge change. Any insights in how I should approach the process would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you aware of the salary range for the job

Yes. I’ll get more specifics later this week. It’s less than the US, which is to be expected, but so is the cost of living.

Without more detail it’s hard to know. But I think it will be super smooth. You may be surprised at the money (it is cheaper to live in Malta but Malta is more expensive than many EU locales).
