Moss Side Is moss side as bad as it used to be?
Just moved to moss side and only learnt of it's past reputation after being here. Is the area as bad as its reputation or is it just reputation as long as you have your wits about you? Thanks

Moss Side Burglary Help. Sentimental Item stolen (probably by mistake(
I know it's a long shot but...
My house got robbed last night while I was in upstairs.
In a Wilson Squash/Tennis bag that was taken was a Blackpool FC scarf that I've had since my first game as a kid almost 20 years ago. It holds immense sentimental value.
I know they will have most likely dumped it in a bin somewhere, so if anybody spots one lying about in Moss Side/Fallowfield it'll be mine.
I've attached a picture of a similar scarf for reference.
If anybody spots anything please let me know!

Moss Side Milkshake go to
Where’s everyone’s milkshake delivery go to? Currently in bed exhausted and pregnant, craving something I’ll probably regret in a few hours. I have a pretty decent delivery radius where I am for south Manchester and city centre.

Moss Side I'm looking for any information about this photo - I think it's Alexandra Road/Raby Street junction in Moss Side from the late 50s/early 60s. If anybody can verify and possibly identify the kids and photographer I'd love to know more!

Moss Side Covid aid - I need some fresh food
Edit: already got my food, thank you so much. For anyone still messaging me: thank you for being so kind hearted!
I am in self isolation as I have contacted covid. I am all alone as my boyfriend is currently in another country and I don't know many people around here as I have just moved in. I wonder if there is any aid group in moss side that could do grocery shopping for fresh produce for me?
I need following :
- bread
- ham or cheese, just whatever I can make sandwiches with
- oranges, apples, bananas or just whatever is available
- cucumber, or some salads
Or just any fruit, veg and some breakfast stuff. The list is vague because I just don't know whats available in shops
Obviously I'll pay for all through bank transfer, no cash as I don't want to make anyone sick
Edit: someone with extremely kind heart already went out to shop to help me. Thank you very much!

Moss Side How bad is Moss Side really?
I wanna move there for cheap rent and proximity to college. I’ve heard it’s really bad but (and in all fairness I’m not from this country) I’m having a hard time believing it’s as bad as people say. It’s the only place I can really afford but what bothers me is I work nights so I am free for college in the daytime, and I would have to walk all or part of the way home, and by the time I got to Piccadilly it would be 2-6 AM. From there I could get a taxi if that’s what you would recommend but I just wanna know what I’m getting myself into by moving there.
Edit: I’m a white male but according to someone at work look Cyprisi if that means anything in terms of whether or not I would be targeted at night.
