Is this a poison oak volunteer?

Originally thought it was a native oak or ash tree. Now that it is has grown more I'm not quite sure. One is slightly more beat up due to what I'm guessing is deer or raccoons as I live on a greenbelt but they seem happy

Not sure if this is something I should be maintaining or working to remove/relocate

This is not poison oak. The leaves appear to be opposite in arrangement, so my guess is ash

The leaves have a similar shininess to them that looks like toxicodendron but there's too many leaflets and the shape is slightly off.
