Hey, you. You're finally awake. You were trying to post on a subreddit, right? Walked right into that Automod ambush, same as us, and that poster over there. Damn you Moderators. Reddit was fine until you came along.

it's that time again where we humbly ask for people to climb down into the gutter with us to help moderate this cesspool. if you hate yourself just enough to become an unpaid reddit janny but you like yourself enough that being called slurs by unpaid internet bigots won't hurt you, then please sign your soul over to us.

here are some important things you need to know before applying

• you must be over 18. we will check. non negotiable.
• we have a mod discord for organisation and we would require you to join
• this can be a really fun hobby but i'm not going to lie to you, dearest, slurbag, you will be exposed to bigotry, harassment, and occasional threats. you may also face an increased risk of doxxing attempts, so it's worth making sure your shit's locked down. this is an unfortunate reality of being a gay internet janitor. if you think you wouldn't be able to handle that, that is completely understandable, but please don't apply
• we are filthy little lefties and cultivate a consciously non-heirarchal chill vibe behind the scenes. we are also pro-Palestine and this is non negotiable.
• our current mods are primarily US based with a smidgen of UK, so there are bonus points available if you're from a different timezone
