Asking for money isn’t. If they offered/agreed to services then yes.

They clearly think they're messaging someone else. Asking for money while in the guise of someone they know is undoubtedly fraudulent.

yeah thats what i ment with the comment, if he offers service and charges money and then doesnt do it thats a crime. sorry if i didnt specify it
