Why do you need a y cord? It’s clearly on the surface near water level (which is normally y=63). Just do y=100 and you’ll be there, give or take a few blocks.

If you have x and z the y is only up or down but this looks to be exposed so you shouldnt need the Y fr you should walk right up on it
