Closest I've found is "7262711687884707227". You spawn on a wall of Cherry Blossom and you have a large Cherry Blossom grove nearby. It's got plains around it, but all of the water is on hills. Flower forest and sunflower forest nearby. There are rivers flowing by. The area you spawn on almost feels like the picture lol. When you spawn in there's a climb down to the water, but the mountains and the way it's carved out is pretty nice.
It's all forest, but if you go east (positive x) then you'll find the ocean. And the Cherry Wall is pretty massive, but it's forest between the wall and ocean. Idk, check it out. Pretty cool seed imo.
