r/Lolitest is the only one that appears sexual. r/Lolirefugees advertises wholesome content, r/Lolitary is Anti-Lolicon and Anti-pedo, and r/Lolification is also mostly wholesome, just turning anime characters into loli.

To add to this, r/Lolitest is so small that there isn't actually any NSFW content, although they do appear to kinda like it. One comment directs to a hentai site where you can find more content

Lolitest hasn’t been active is 7 years at the time of this post. There does seem to be more recent comments, but no actual post made to the sub in 7 years

I've been in the Loli Refugees sub. Mostly wholesome pictures of lolis, nothing sexual so I leave it be.

I'm not sure of the other subs, I'll go check them out.
